Loyalty

How loyalty actually works,
step by step.

Nothing for you to enter day to day, no card to stamp. Here's what really happens, from setup to reward.

01

You set up your tiers

You choose how many tiers, how many visits each one takes, and the reward for each (coffee, dessert, a dish...). Editable any time from your account.

The guest enters their number

No app, no account to create. They scan your card, type their phone number once — remembered for their next visits.

Every visit counts itself

On their next visit, it's logged automatically. You don't touch anything, no entry needed at the counter.

The reward unlocks, then they roll on

The moment a tier you set up is reached, it appears on their phone. They show you the screen, you confirm in one tap — then they move straight into the next tier, the counter never resetting to zero.

What the programme does while you work

Four mechanics run without anyone at the counter having to think about them.

A counter that never resets to zero

A guest's visit count is a lifetime total. When they reach a tier, they claim the reward and move straight into the next one — they lose nothing, and they always have a reason to come back.

Referrals, without printing a single flyer

Every guest gets a referral link to your menu. The bonus is only granted on the referred guest's second real visit: an account created to game the system earns nothing.

Birthdays, a surprise on the day

The guest gives their day and month — never the year, you don't need to know their age. The reward you chose shows up on their phone when the day comes.

Your guests, listed and readable

Number, visit count, last visit. Guests who haven't been back in 45 days are flagged separately, so you know who to reach out to. CSV export from the dashboard.

What stops people gaming it

A printed QR code is just a link: without a guard, anyone could scan it from home. Two limits run permanently — the same number can only be counted once every twelve hours, and a scan made kilometres away from your address is refused. Neither one asks anything of your staff.

What it takes to get going

Paying for the add-on doesn't switch it on by itself: a menu with no tier configured would have nothing to show.

    1

Create your tiers from the app or the dashboard: how many visits, and which reward.

    2

Turn the programme on — that's what makes it appear on your public menu.

    3

Nothing else. Guests sign themselves up by scanning your menu.

€9.99/month, on top of your menu

Included in the Pro and Signature plans. No commission on the rewards you give away — they're yours.

Questions we get asked

Do my guests have to download an app?

No. Everything happens in the browser, from your menu. There's no app, no account, no password — a phone number typed once, remembered for the next visits.

Does my staff have anything to enter?

No. The visit is logged when the guest opens your menu. The only gesture on the floor is confirming a reward when a guest shows you their screen.

Can I change my tiers afterwards?

Yes, any time. Rewards already claimed stay claimed, and your guests' counters don't move.

What if a guest says a visit wasn't counted?

You can reset one specific guest from your list, or simply give them the reward. The programme isn't a judge, it's a customer relationship tool.
