How are your plans structured?
The digital menu (€39.99/month) is the base: your photo menu, accessible by QR code. Loyalty (+€9.99/month) and table ordering (+€19.99/month) are two independent options you add whenever you want from your dashboard — nothing to rebuild, nothing to interrupt. If you already know you want everything, our bundled Pro (menu + loyalty, €49.99/month) and Signature (menu + loyalty + ordering, €69.99/month) plans bring it all together with 2 months free on annual billing. Do my guests need to download an app?
Never. They scan the QR code with the native camera on their iPhone or Android. The menu opens directly in the browser in under 2 seconds. No installation, no account required.
How do guests pay at the table, and who receives the money?
Each table gets its own QR code, which we produce and ship to you. Your guest scans, builds their order and pays with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card. The money lands in your bank account, typically within 2 business days — it never passes through us. Plate takes no commission on your sales; only the usual card processing fees apply, exactly as with any card terminal.
How long does it take to create my menu?
On average 10 minutes for a menu of 10–15 dishes. You photograph, you name, Plate handles the background and visuals. Your QR code is live as soon as you publish.
I'm not tech-savvy — is this really for me?
Yes. There's nothing to install, nothing to configure. If you can take a photo and type a price on your phone, you can use Plate. And the simplicity isn't a trade-off on quality: AI-styled photos, the 5-language menu, and the delivered QR kit all work without any setup on your end.
Can I update my dishes at any time?
Yes, in real time from the app. Add a daily special at 11am, remove an out-of-stock dish, update a price — your guests see the change instantly.
Is the QR kit included in the subscription?
The stickers kit is included in every plan and shipped to you on your first payment. Laminated cards are available as an upgrade.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel in one click at any time from your dashboard. Your menu stays active until the end of the paid period, then deactivates with no extra charges.
